Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, depending on customs clearance and local courier handling. Estimated Delivery Time：

Orders may arrive in multiple shipments from different warehouses, each with its own tracking number.

Return Policy
- Eligible bedding sets may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To qualify, items must remain:Unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.In the original packaging, including fabric bags, boxes, and labels.Sealed — for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns if the bedding has not been opened or removed from its packaging.
- Opened, used, or washed bedding cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable.
- Customized or personalized bedding sets are non-returnable.
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at nightologyshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Submit a request through our Return Portal or by contacting us directly.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the designated address.
- If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., color or size choice), customers are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- For international returns, any customs charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
- Due to shipping and customs processing, please allow 3–6 weeks for international returns to be fully completed.
